Crab Apple Jelly

Organically grown crab apples, which we place in the freezer to sweeten, are then paired and simmered with pink peppercorns, cinnamon sticks, crystallized ginger, lemon peel and English tea to create an aromatic juice, which is then accompanied by organic sugar to create a sophisticated jelly worth of the best of occasions.  1 - 8 oz jar.
